Delete your CosmoVPN account
You can delete your account here at any time. Only want to stop paying? Cancel your subscription in the store instead: your account stays, on the free plan.
What happens
- Right away
You are signed out on every device, and nobody can log in to the account any more.
- For 30 days
The account is kept, locked, in case it was deleted by mistake. E-mail us within this time to get it back.
- After 30 days
Your e-mail address, password, devices and support chat (messages and pictures) are erased for good. You can then sign up again with the same e-mail.
What we keep
Records of payments and subscriptions are kept for accounting, and past connection records stay; neither is linked to your e-mail any more. More in our Privacy Policy.
Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. If you pay through the App Store or Google Play, cancel it there first, or it keeps renewing.
Can't log in? Reset your password, or e-mail [email protected] from the address of your account and we will delete it for you.
