Getting past blocked networks

Surfshark's NoBorders mode turns on by itself when it detects a restricted network, and its obfuscation (Camouflage mode) hides OpenVPN traffic. CosmoVPN's Auto mode switches between CosmoGhost and CosmoShield when one is blocked.

Privacy and logging

Surfshark doesn't log browsing or traffic and deletes connection details within 15 minutes after a session; Deloitte audited its no-logs policy in 2023 and 2025. CosmoVPN doesn't log the sites you visit, your DNS requests or the content of your traffic, keeps connection records (time, server, device) and hasn't been audited.
